This is the foam cushion insert all sizes of Fisher & Paykel's Zest™ Nasal CPAP Mask. The Zest™ mask uses this cushion and a silicone seal to work properly. If you need to replace both parts, please order your size of the Foam Cushion Insert and Silicone Seal Kit.
