See How Easy The Instructions Are For One Day A Week Use:

• Disassemble CPAP mask, hose, humidifier or other respiratory equipment.  Do not immerse CPAP head strap in soaking solution.
• Pour 4 oz. of RespiSoak into RespiKit container using supplied measuring cup.
• Fill container to the fill line with warm tap water.
• Add a light squeeze of either pure soap or liquid dishwashing soap in the soaking solution to enhance the cleaning process.
• Mix solution with clean hand.
• Hand wash each piece of equipment in the prepared solution.  Use measuring cup to fill CPAP hose with soaking solution.
• Immerse all parts - soak at least 4 hours.
• Hand rinse each piece of equipment in warm tap water.
• Run warm tap water through hose for 2 minutes, then shake hose. Hang hose to air dry.  If not dry when ready for use, attach hose to CPAP machine and blow air through it.
• Allow other parts to air dry or tap dry with lint free towel.
• Reassemble all parts for use.
