OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Continued Care of LI, Inc is a privately held corporation organized pursuant to the incorporation laws of New York State. The business and operations of Continued Care of LI, Inc shall be under the management of Regina M. O'Rourke, Owner, who is a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of New York. In the absence of the Owner, all office operations and daily business becomes the responsibility of Daniel DeSimone, the President/CEO.

Continued Care of LI, Inc has been organized to provide medical home health equipment to members of the community in need of this equipment for over 25 Years. This service includes: Durable Medical Equipment Sales and Rentals, Respiratory Equipment Sales and Rentals, Respiratory Therapy Services, Splints/Braces, and Women's Health Products. Our service areas include: Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Bronx.

All services provided by Continued Care of LI, Inc are performed independent of the manufacturer of all products.

It is the intent and purpose of Continued Care of LI, Inc to offer products and services within the framework of honesty, fairness and quality.

Ordering items from Continuedcare.com should not be compared to the services Continued Care provides under Insurance Benefit.  Services provided under Insurance Benefit include Accreditation, Licensing, Eligibility and Authorization, Delivery, Assignment of Benefits, Billing, Home Assessment, Slip and Fall Prevention, Education, and 24 hour Emergency Services.  Also, These services are only available for our Service Areas mentioned above. 

Our secured website was created to give our customers the resources to make their own purchasing decisions and the ability to ask questions about the right products for their needs through our Contact us area. This enables us to provide a service that other web sites selling similar products cannot. It also enables us to sell products online at a price that many other medical homecare companies are unable to meet.

We can also provide pricing and availability for all products not listed on our website through our Special Order section. Most of the time we can meet or beat the pricing on these special orders.

Our Resources area allows customers to visit web sites of Insurance Companies, Foundations and Associations to allow them as much information and education possible at their own fingertips.
